Re: Judicial Diversion california and tennessee
California's diversion program is available only in connection with California cases. Even in California it would not be available for a forgery case. It is designed to help defendants in alcohol- and/or drug-related cases deal with their substance abuse problems, not to offer an escape hatch for all criminal defendants.
