Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

juror thought bubble: if a search warrant is conducted (with proposed criminals arrests) at the wrong address will that qualify a guilty verdfict for the defendant? And, if a defendant is not seen destroying proposed narcotics evidence during the search warrant investigation, does that qualify a guilty verdict on a possession & sales charge with minimal but qualifiable illegal narcotics & say less than five hundred $ in the defendant's possession?

Are you saying you are actually a juror on a current case? If so, you have violated your oath as a juror. You are obligated to inform the judge first thing Monday morning that you sought outside information about this case.

It would be improper for any lawyer to discuss this matter with a sitting juror, and it could get the lawyer in hot water with the state bar.

I agree with Mr. Marshall. If you are a juror in a pending case, you are not supposed to be conducting your own research and investigation on a case.
