Most evidence presented to jury by the prosecutor is harmful or detrimental (prejudicial) to the defendant. Otherwise, no one would ever be convicted. If it would unfairly bias the jury against a defendant, the defendant should have objected to its admissibility. The judge would then rule on its admissibility.
