Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I got a jury summons and my court date was dec. 30, 2013. I completely forgot until Dec. 31st, 2013. It is now May 20th, 2014. I never called. Never got another letter from the court or a phone call from them. Does this mean I'm off the hook? Since then I've had a fix it ticket and a "rolling spot" ticket. I would think one of them would of pulled up my record to see what was on it but again nothing has happen. Am I okay?
