Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
If a jury unanimously agrees to a verdict and to some special circumstances--but is split on one particular special circumstance--would the special circumstance in question be marked "not true"?

We went over this!! It was irrelevant if the jury unanimously agreed that at least one of the special circumstances charged was true.
