Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
juvinile case on assault and battery took place 8/2010 court ordered payment on restitution. But they are not paying consistantly. Can any thing be done about this?

It sounds as if you/your family were/was the victim in the assault/battery case? If so, I would suggest contact the DA's office. Otherwise if you/your family was on the defendant side, yes, usually that would be a violation of probation and that could cause a problem. Good luck!
