If someone had went to juvinille hall for robbery then was put on probation and had commmited another charge for robbery, how--name removed--will they be in juvinille hall?

The juvenile could potentially be committed for the full amount of the original sentence, plus aggravation. Juvenile sentences are entirely a matter of discretion with the judge. Generally, however, the judge will follow the recommendation of the probation department.
