Larceny? Internal Theft?

I want to know what to do. I recently falsified some paper work so that a friend of mine could come and take $400 worth of product out of the store i work for. We got caught in the process and returned all of the product within 5 mins. I wasnt arrested or fired immediatly, however I quit 4 days later. What charges am I possibly facing, will I be physically arrested?

Embezzlement, and Grand larceny or conspiracy to commit grand larceny. You may be physically arrested depending on what's in the police report and how fast the investigating detective wraps up his investigation. Is there any question that you need an attorney ?
