My latest question is what is the statue of limitations for perjury in the State of California? Also inform me about of what is the statue of limitations on filing charges against someone for filing false information on a police report also in the State of California? Need my questions answered on this. Thanks.

Only the DA can file charges for perjury. Also unless you have indisputable proof that it was perjury, nothing will likely happen unless someone went to prison.
