Is there a new law for 2010 making property crimes a misdeamor instead of a felony?

There have been some changes for 2010, but, just as before, some property crimes are felonies, some are misdemeanors, and others are "wobblers" which can be charged as either.
You are probably thinking of some changes in the dollar amounts. For instance, theft of property valued at $950 can be charged as felony grand theft, up from $400 where it had been set for many years.
