Re: law related to convicted juvenile
If I were you, I would start at your local law library. Many of the libraries have Criminal and Juvenile practice guides that may help you narrow your search for the information you're looking for. The Division of Juvenile Justice, formerly the California Youth Authority, usually oversees juveniles on parole. Their website is http://www.corr.ca.gov/DivisionsBoards/DJJ/index.html. In the adult arena, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation governs parole of adults in the prison system. The BPH's website is http://www.corr.ca.gov/. I hope this was helpful. Good luck in your research.
