'' Do I Have A Law Suit Against Anyone''

around five months ago i was accused of burglary.i didnt comit this crime and at the time i didnt even know i had a warrant for my arrest.the police caused me to crash into a tree i toalted my new blazer i barely bought.the police also lied on the police report any ways i had to borrow money to get baild out of jail and for a lawyer.this was around six thousand dollars.i had to tell my work what happened i was already there for two years,they laid me off.they told me they would rehire me if everything went ok.i beat the case two weeks ago,i still lost my job,unemployed for over 5 months,no car and behind in my child support pay if u would look at the case file it was so obvious they had the wrong guy.

There's a motion that may be brought for a Finding of Factual Innocence. The judge that heard the case at trial can then make a finding of Factual Innocence, and you may recover some of your costs. You also may file a claim with the county or city on the car. If the matter is less than six months old. After that there's approval of the civil court required, and that's normally refused.
