In May2011, a no contact order was placed on my
fiance for DV. He was sentenced to 5yrs in state
prison. Must serve a manditory 85%. How can I get
this no contact order lifted that I never wanted? The order was a criminal order requested by the ADA against my will. Order expires may 2016.
1 Answer from Attorneys
