In May2011, a no contact order was placed on my

fiance for DV. He was sentenced to 5yrs in state

prison. Must serve a manditory 85%. How can I get

this no contact order lifted that I never wanted? The order was a criminal order requested by the ADA against my will. Order expires may 2016.

First you need to talk to a victim's advocate in the DA's office. Then you have to put the case on calendar in the department or before the judge that sentenced him.
