laws concerning parolee's at large
I would like some info on what happens to a parolee at large after he turns himself in?

The parol agent will probably take the violator into custody and back to prison they will go. However, they'll probably get something less than the maximum. And they'll go now and not later when they have reestablished a new life. This answer assumes you know the difference between parol and probation.
