lawyer switch
if one has an attorney but can no longer afford that attorney, can one get a public defender and what is involved is getting a new lawyer/ or public defender? Is there income limitations to being appointed a public defender?

Not sure how it is that retained counsel leaves the case?, but assuming it happens the Court will appoint the PD, reimbursement to the County for the PD services is also possible.
