Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I would like to know if there are any lawyers that have Knowledge on the Ventura County Ca.Courts. They have taken a long time for a case that has never been to trial but convicted while hospitalized. Other cases that are violent felonies however get reduced charges, and minimal time. this case is from 2008 and had a public defender that did not defend

I AM IN VENTURA COURT EVERY MORNING. My office is in Ventura County, Westlake Village. You could not have been convicted without a trial, unless you pled guilty. It is impossible.They have taken a long time to do what? Please rewrite your question so that someone who knows NOTHING about your case can figure out what you are asking.
