Leave the state?
If someone has a pending court date for petty theft, can they leave the state for a few days? They'll stay within the US but are they allowed to travel before the court date?

The terms of your release may prohibit your leaving the county and or state. You should take the documents that you received at the time of your release to your attorney regarding this matter.
