Is it legal to use a cable tv defragmenter or converter on a cable computer lin
I was told by a private cable contractor that cable tv filters/converters/defragmenters were legal and that it was legal to get free cable tv in this way. What is the truth?

No it is not legal to pirate cable television even if you buy a converter or filter.
