What are the legal implications if my son who is 17 and a friend who is 21 are smoking pot on my premises and I'm a teacher in the California public school system?

I'm assuming that neither have a prescription. I can see all kinds of implications. You could be considered an accessory to contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Your son could be arrested, and say you were his dealer. They could hide contraband on your property, and the police would think you were also guilty. I can see a lot of problems. Are you actually encouraging this behavior?
