Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

What's legal to put in an email

I have someone who has admitted to me that he is either a Federal government plant or is an actual Federal agent who is posing as a temporary employee to illegally harrass me. I want to know what can I put in an email about him (name, address, social Security #) to send to goverment agencies to report his actions?

I doubt that a real undercover Fed would reveal himself to you. Get a tinfoil hat (www.zapatopi.net/afdb).

If you are convinced, however, that he is the real deal, what I would do is write a letter (not email) to whatever agency you think he works for, requesting information about him and yourself under the Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act (google [FOIA] for sample letters).

They will blow you off, but who knows, maybe you would cause an internal investigation.
