Ordinarily this can't be done. It can under some circumstances but, because you have told us nothing about the case, there is no way to say whether it can be done here.

Not really enough info...time limits apply to a motion to withdraw a plea otherwise it's a writ...and both are difficult legal and factual issues and disfavored. Time is critical.
