Letters of charater
What would be some key points to include in a letterof charater to be presented to the court and What would be the best format to present this type of letter?

Generally, the writer should tell how s/he knows the subject and for how long, and then say anything nice about the subject. More specific letters can be written with specific purposes in mind, but they differ with each factual/legal situation, so it's hard to say what specifically should be included in yours. The letter should be typed if possible, and on letterhead if possible. It should be addressed To Whom It May Concern.
