Liability for knowledge of drug misuse
If someone has knowledge of an individual who has a perscription for ''medical marijuana'' but is sharing the drug, recreationally, with friends, can the person with this knowledge be held liable if this practice is going on in his or her own home and does not report it?

Re: Liability for knowledge of drug misuse
Assuming that pot parties are being held in your home. There are several bad repercussions that can happen to you. So get goofy out of your home, and then you'll not have to worry about the possible criminal repercussions. If you own your home in a very worse scenario you could find yourself having your home taken from you.
Lots of luck
