Licensed Medical Marijuana Dispensary
As a property owner (landlord), am I at
risk of prosecution or seizure of my
property if I allow the tenant the use of
the premises as a licensed, State and
local legal ''alternative medicines &
herbs'' dispensary. Ie., what is my risk?

If there is no illegal activity at your property, you are under no risk. The activity you describe is legal. I have represented mom & pop growers in three N. CA counties for twenty years.
