Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Someone linked to a lawsuit against me is using my address for reasons unknown

I have been involved with a lawsuit in which my former employer is suing me for various reasons, the people taking over my position, possibly new owners, which are friends of my former employer, are using my address now for reasons unknown. They have subscribed to a magazine, and now I'm recieving credit card apps. I believe there is some conspiracy to commit fraud in the air. What should I do and how do I address this matter?
