Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I live in California and I was convicted of a felony. My charge was marijuana charge intent to sell. I served never served time in jail (just probation) and I recently had my conviction expunged. My question is that do Have to put down that I was convicted of a felony on my job application or can I say no since my felony was expunged?

Yes. However you must list the conviction on any application for a state license.
