Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I live in government housing and my home was broke into last night, my question is the window was easily popped off its hinge a cheap sliding window which come to find out is easy to pop off even if locked I have no insurance and lost lots of my property and even my kids christmas gifts can I sue the government or state for inferior and cheap windows

I am sorry to read about your situation, but I seriously doubt you are going to get anything from the government.
