I live in Moreno Valley California. I'm 19, what will happend if I run away and I leave
a note behind!

You're legally an adult. Unless there are some unusual facts you haven't told us about, you are legally free to leave your parents' home if you want to.
But think carefully about how this will affect you, both in the near term and farther in the future. Can you take care of yourself yet? Do you have a job and place to live? Do you have money to cover your needs until you get a job and a home?
I'm sure the problems you want to get away from are serious. But the problems that await you if you leave now may be a lot worse.

I don't see any criminal issues (unless there's something we don't know about, like you are on probation) ... and I agree with Mr. Hoffman on the wisdom of this plan.
