Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I live on private property with a fence and locks on the gates.. Can a police officer jump the fence and threaten to arrest me for a feloney illegal gun which is not at or in my home then tell me I have a choice, arrest on the felony or detain me for under the influence of illegal substance for 6 hours.. This happens at 1:30am.. I was just getting into bed when he knocked on the door..
