Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Possible LLC fraud
How do you invalidate a purchase sale agreement of a sole proprietor company to an LLC? Is the agreement legal if the person named as a member on the LLC did not sign the sale agreement along with the sole proprietor? Is it fraud if the LLC member changed checking accnts, po box and vendor info. claiming she's now the legal owner?
