Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i want to know how long does rite aid or anystores keep shoplifting records for? i got caught there when i was 16 and got caught again when i just turned 18. now im charged with a fine. i just wonder if they would still have my record and found out that it was my second offence, would something happen? the thing is both times were no police involved so i dont know.. thank you
