Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

This was a long time ago but here it goes. I was arrested and when i was took to the police station to of the police officers decided to take a pic of me and they were joking around saying lets hold him like we caught a fish so they proceeded to do that and they took the picture and they probaly put it in some photo album or hung it on the wall of the police station. Now there is something wrong with that right.

hate to say it, but probably the worst thing wrong with it NOW is that you are s till thinking

king about it! Live in the moment but if it bothers yo so much I wld write a letter to the law enforcement entity about it and ask that it be located and destroyed.

I think it would be wrong if they tried to scale you or clean you. That would just be downright painful.
