Lude Conduct Against A Minor
A 12 year old girl accused a man of trying to engage her in lude and lascivious acts. She said he fondled her in various areas and encouraged her to do the same to him. He has five counts against him reduced from ten. What is the most that could happen to the man? He is having his prelim hearing in two weeks with bail at 1.5 million. If it goes to trial, will the bail go down as well?

After the preliminary examination the number of charges could go up or down depending upon the evidence that is presented. The evidence presented could result in the bail remaining the same or going down, or down.
