man married to two women
What would be the consiquence if a man is married to two women at the same time. One women does not legally change her name or claims to be married, files all tax related questions as single.

Being married to two women at the same time is Bigamy. Bigamy in California is a felony it is punishable by a fine of up to $10,000 and or imprisonment.
