Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My manager use my company email address as primary contact to setting up a service with AT&T without notice me. I figured that out when AT&T send me an email thanking me for "choosing AT&T for [...] service [...] on behave of ooooo corporation". Is that considerred as identify thief?

I don't understand what the problem is. It's a company e-mail address, not your personal address.
