Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

march 2011 .. probation for 3 yrs and pc1000... I didnt do the pc 1000 and a warrant was issued.. my boyfriend at that time asked me to get a hotel room for him , he didnt have an ID at the time, so I did... not knowing about the warrant I had.. the police did a 4th waiver sweep of the hotel and found a bag of methamphetamine on the table... I didnt know where it came from and I tld the cops so...my boyfriend said that there was another person in the room earlier that day.... Why am I charged with posession for this ..it as not on me and I didnt know it as even there... I know now whose meth it was and would like to kno if there is anything I could do to get this gone... as of today.. I have 2 warrrants a bench for 11377(A)17b4 and an arrest for 11364.1(A).... i want to get this all behind me and Leave California for good ... Plwase tell me hat to do
