How do I do a Marden motion
I have a PD that is not interested in the case and does not want to defend me. The attorney client relationship is not cooperative.

Next time you appear in court ask the judge for a Marsden hearing. At that hearing be prepared to state specific reasons why the attorney is not properly representing.

Re: How do I do a Marden motion
I would suggest hiring a private lawyer and paying him a retainer to make sure he/she is going to be interested :)
If you cannot afford private counsel, you need to tell your lawyer and the court that you want someone else appointed to represent you. You are entitled to a hearing on this matter.
