Marijuana possesion for sales/Possesion of burglary tools

I want to know what kind of reprecautions do these charges have, although the Marijuana was for personal use, which was less than oz. The burglary tools were a couple of pieces from a spark plug, they calim I've been stealing cars in their city.

These could be serious charges with potentialy jail sentences. Contact an attorney specialy with regards to the burg charges.

The Marijuana should be divertable into some kind of counseling program.

Unless the tools are specific to stealing cars, and there is some evidence on or around the cars tying you to them, this should also not be a big problem. Every tool that I own can be used to burgerlize something.

So don't get smart and speak to the police. Talk to a criminal attorney.
