i have a criminal record in usa from my husband duing can i still get married in morocco with this record please let me know thank you , please email with this answer thank you,,

Criminal record would never prevent you from getting married here in the U.S. People in prison and on death row get married here.

I believe much of the rest of the world would be similar as I do not see why a clean criminal record would have to be required to get a marriage license and get married. That said, I do not know about Morocco. You could start by calling the Moroccan embassy or consulate.

What Morocco will or won't allow is a question of Moroccan law, not American law. I doubt that the country forbids criminals to marry, but you should ask a Moroccan lawyer or a local consulate.
