Are mobile home community managers required to inform residents of a mobile home community of sex offenders resididng in the mobile home community?

Thank you for your inquiry. "Megan's Law" set up a duty on behalf of law enforcement in 1995 to have available the names and addresses of registered sex offenders so that citizens may search their community. It doesn't place a duty on apartment or mobile home community managers. If there is any known danger and they fail to protect, they may be liable under other statutes, however.
