Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I am in the middle of a divorce and I have known for a while that I have been being followed. He is stalking me and knows my every stop during the day. Today I found a GPS tracking system located under my car in a magnetic box. What can I do? Is this legal? How can I prove who the owner of this tracker is?

I suggest contacting local law enforcement first, and having them look at the device.
