Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I am in the middle of a seporation with my significant other...5 days after I moved out the police Raided the house. my question is since I moved out am I legally liable for anything that The police discover?

What matters is whether and how you are connected to whatever the police found, not whether you still lived there when they found it. That you moved out won't shield you.

Mr. Hoffman is correct. The issue is whether whatever contraband they found belonged to you and was left there. If it was, the fact that you had recently moved out would not be a good defense to any charges. The fact that you moved out would also create problems if you filed a motion to supress, because the prosecutor could argue that you no longer had a legitimate expectation of privacy in someone else's home, because you moved out.
