Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
What are the possible and minimum penalties for being convicted of both PC 12025(b)(6) and HS 11550(e)? Does 11550(e) become a felony because of the 1st charge?

The 11550 does not become a felony, no matter what. Its a misdemeamor with a 90 day minimum, with up to 1 year in county jail. The other charge is a gun charge, and without a penal code in front of me, I believe its a wobbler and, as a felony, has up to 3 years in prison, and as a misdemeanor, has from no time to 1 year in county jail. I wish you well.............. David Wallin
