If a minor signs a plea deal and decides to stop it on day of sentencing. Is it doable?

This is a little confusing.
Is the minor being charged as an adult? The term "sentencing" only applies to adult cases.
Minors in juvenile court don't don't enter a plea; they "admit or deny the allegations." The juvenile equivalent of sentencing is called disposition.
In either case, an adult plea or juvenile admission can be withdrawn, but only if the person charged can show a very good reason... for instance, if the judge failed to advise them of important Constitutional rights, the possibility of being deported, or the potential punishment of the offense.
Just changing your mind isn't enough.
