You can date but no sexy sexy. Statutory rape and/or possibly lewd and lascivious conduct on minor - very serious offense.

It is legal for a minor and an adult to date, but it would be a crime for them to engage in any sort of sexual contact. Note that "any sort of sexual contact" includes a lot more than actual intercourse.

Yes, but the adult should be very careful. If the relationship goes bad, the minor could make claims that could end the adult up in jail.
