Misconduct with an attorney
My attorney took 32,000 out of a settlement for my sons defence case without a retainer agreement and he also paid off witnesses in my sons criminal case and it was a 3 strikes case and now he is going to prison for 6 years. what can I do to get my money back? and damages for my son.

If all he got was 6 years on a 3-strikes case, maybe you got your money's worth.

You need to sue the attorney. He cannot take funds without a written agreement. Contact me directly.
