misdemeanor compromise
Can a 243 e 1 Domestic Battery criminal charge be resolved with a misdemeanor compromise in a civil court if the victim wants the matter settled this way.

Re: misdemeanor compromise
That will depend on the District Attorney who is handling the case. It is rare that a civil compromise is available in with a domestic violence case. Also, be careful if you trying to do this on your own because often times when the domestic violence charges are filed a "no contact" or "no harm, annoy or harass" order is issued against the alleged perpetrator.
Domestic violence offenses have many collateral consequences related to a conviction. I urge to seek representation in this case if you are not already represented.
Good luck,
