Misdemeanor drug charges

Was arrested in 2000, was not able to attend pc 1000. Warrent was issued. Did not get arrested for warrent, until 2005. Was given prop 36, did 6 months of prop 36. Probation never contacted me for a year. Husband is vey abusvie and stiops me from using a vechile. So now he called the police and had me asstered again on the warrent for faiure to comply with court orders. What can i do. Public defenders have never listen to my case. Thank you. Th.

Contact the police department and ask for help finding a battered woman's shelter. Move into the shelter. They should help you get to the drug classes and reestablish yourself.
