Misdemeanor Expungment

I have met all of my obligations required by the Rancho Cucomonga[sp] court. I live in LA and need to get the Form # and the process [including filling costs, addresses of where to...etc..]to get my one[1]misdemeanor expunged.

The Penal Code Section that allowed expunging charges was P. C. Section 1203.4. It has been amended and is now 1203.44 to 1203.49.

I'd go to any local (former municipal court) and ask the criminal clerk for the form and she should be able to come up with it. Then white out the court's name and put in Cucamonga.
