Misdemeneor

I accidently lit a dumpster on fire looking for my keys. I did not tell anybody. I just left the scene. I saw the fire on the dumpster could not possibly spread anywhere. It was all on concrete.

Will I go to jail?

Doubtless they will find your charred, semimolten key ring at the bottom of the dumpster and they will track you down via the small fragment of bar-code that is still legible on your Ralph's Club key tag.
